THRIVE Self-Care Coaching was born from the desire to support educators in their noble mission by empowering them with self-care practices and tools that can help them integrate work and well-being and THRIVE.

The competitive and demanding education environments around the world are taking a toll on both students and educators, with anxiety, stress, high pressure, negative self-talk, and burnout as some of its common symptoms. The educators’ well-being is an important component that helps ensure that students not only succeed in their academics, but are also immersed in a healthy learning environment where adults model self-care and healthy working habits.
