THRIVE Self-Care Coaching was born from a deep desire to support educators in their noble mission by empowering them with practical self-care tools. However, the need extends far beyond individual practices. True well-being requires a collective effort, which is why my mission has grown into building lasting Communities of Care. Through peer coaching and relational intelligence, I help individuals, leaders, and teams across all sectors cultivate meaningful mutual support and bridge the gap between the demands of the work and true well-being.
